Mr. Nilesh Hada (Chairman)
The chairman of Uniworld Educare Foundation, Mr. Nilesh Hada has been at the forefront of change in the field of education, devoting his talents towards shaping millions of young minds over the years. He is a first-generation entrepreneur and a graduate from Calcutta University with specialized skills in Education Management, which he has employed towards transforming many promising ideas into reality. Testament to his dedication and visionary outlook, is the success and reputation of the institutions he has helmed, including Singapore International School (Mumbai) , SIS Prep (Mumbai & Ahmedabad), Karnavati School of Dentistry, Unitedworld School of Business, Unitedworld Institute of Design & Unitedworld School of Law at Ahmedabad.
Ms. Radhika Sejpal (Founder Director)
A graduate in Business Administration, and holding a degree in design from NIFT, Ms. Radhika Sejpal is a passionate advocate for child-led education that brings out their natural gifts. Since the year 2011, she has devoted her energies to studying the Reggio Emilia approach in detail. She continues to be fascinated and inspired by its unique pedagogy.
Ms. Uttara Pandey (Pedagogista)
Ms. Uttara Pandey is a pillar of support to teachers, aiding them in their daily interactions with children through regular reflection, critical analysis and discussion of important issues. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Learning Disabilities. She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Educational Administration.
Ms. Swati Shetye (Atelirista)
A graduate from the prestigious Sir J. J. School of Arts, with 25 years of experience in preschool education, Swati’s whole life has been devoted to helping children find their innate creativity. Her training as an artist, her study of education, and the experience she gains while interacting regularly with preschoolers at the Reggio Emilia Centre continues to catalyze her pursuit of this spark.
Ms. Monika Lunia (Admissions Coordinator and Senior Teacher)
Ms. Lunia has been an indispensible part of Singapore International School since its inception six years ago. Her dedication and zeal to teach and care for children is second to none, and it is this passion that makes her a favorite with children and parents alike. She is especially interested in exploring the '100 Languages of Children' aspect of the unique Reggio Emilio philosophy.
